Registration Fee, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Your spot in class is guaranteed upon receipt of payment.

2. We're happy to issue you a refund, less a 20% administrative fee if you cancel more than seven days prior to class. No refunds are provided if you cancel within seven days of the class.

3. We will gladly work with you to reschedule ONE time if you call us prior to the scheduled course. However, no call no shows will not receive a refund or reschedule, contact us via email,text or phone at (417) 496-2108. 

4. In the rare event that we have to cancel your class, course fees are fully refunded. CPR Services reserves the right to reschedule/cancel classes In case of inclement weather, check with CPR Services to verify classes are being held as scheduled. 

5. You must arrive at class on time. No late admit; you will have to reschedule.
